Yesterday we celebrated Justin’s 5th birthday. He was dead set on a superhero theme, so I developed my patented crash course in super-heroics–Professor Mayhem’s School for Superheroes (tm). Justin and co experienced the rigors of “brick wall bashing with style,” battled Mr. Freeze tag, practiced super strength with a mighty pinata, had a harrowing round of kryptonite toss, brushed up their sidekick skills with “Superhero says,” and practiced silly string webslinging. We had a great time!

I’m waiting for when Professor Mayhem joins his sidekick Aquaman (name will remain anonymous to protect his secret identity) to compete in a triathlon of human endurance.
